Phase 1: Raw material preparation and cutting:

The first step in the production process is to select and prepare raw materials. According to different application requirements, select suitable materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc. to ensure that the strength, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance of the raw materials meet the requirements. After the material preparation is completed, it enters the cutting stage. Most pipes and elbows are cut and formed from pipe billets or round steel. The cutting process must be precise to ensure that the dimensions of each component meet the design standards. The accuracy of this stage directly affects the smooth progress of subsequent processes.

Phase 2: Pipe forming and elbow production:

At this stage, the main forms of pipes and elbows begin to take shape. First, the pipe is processed and formed by hot rolling, cold drawing, or extrusion to achieve the required diameter and wall thickness. For the production of elbows, mold forming or hot working methods are usually used to heat the pipe to a certain temperature before bending. This process requires special attention to temperature control to ensure that the material does not crack or deform when bending. The angle of the elbow is usually customized according to the use requirements, such as 45 degrees, 90 degrees, etc., and strict inspection of size and shape is required to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Phase 3: Welding, inspection, and surface treatment

In this stage, the various parts of the pipe and elbow are connected by welding to ensure their sealing and stability. The welding process requires the use of high-quality welding materials, and the quality of the welding points is ensured by automated equipment or manual welding. After welding is completed, non-destructive testing such as X-ray testing and ultrasonic testing is carried out to ensure that the welding parts are free of defects.
